Enrollment Policies
Deposit checks are fully refundable until March 31. Deposits are 50% refundable between April 1 and April 30. After May 1, deposits will not be refunded, but may be applied to the following summer or to a sibling. If tuition is paid by credit card, there will be a $100 fee for processing the refund.
Deposits are applied toward the tuition. The tuition balance is due in full by May 15. Campers registering after May 15 should include full payment with registration. Tuition balance may be paid by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). There is a $35 charge for returned checks. Tuition paid after May 15 will incur a late fee. During the camp season, there is no refund for absences, withdrawals, or dismissals. If a camper must leave camp during the camp season, the tuition may be prorated at the camp's sole discretion depending on the circumstances.
